Description

SYLPYL 78 CLASSIC 5X1 is an architectural/commercial wall sealer suitable for cured plaster, drywall, or concrete walls. It has high solids content to ensure effective coverage of topcoat paints. This product is suitable for new masonry, brick, plastering substrates, and fiberboard surfaces.

This product is recommended as a wall or ceilings sealer for our topcoat paints such as SYLPYL 705, 706, 710, 715, 715 ECC, 744, 750, 750 ULTRA, 750 ECC PLUS ELITE, 750 GH, 780 or 787 vinyl, vinyl acrylics or 100% acrylics, or styrene acrylic emulsions, water based.

Suitable for office and home buildings, hospitals, schools, and other interiors or exteriors, it includes a powerful eco-friendly mildew component. This product is designed to bind light residual chalk commonly found on highly pigmented wall textures.
