SYLPYL 750 SYL LOCK Concrete & Masonry Primer is perfect for sealing and conditioning porous above-grade masonry surfaces. This high performance primer and sealer tolerates the high pH common in new masonry and ensures a uniform look and long-lasting finish. Protects the surface against efflorescence. This product complies with strict VOC requirements at <50 g/L. Perfect for new construction and repaints. Since it is an acrylic primer, it is a popular choice due to its low odor. This product help bridge hairline cracks and provide smooth coverage even over less-than-perfect surfaces. It may be used to seal and protect all kind of surfaces and will adhere to almost any material.. It has an excellent durability and hide. Provides a high resistance to peeling, blistering and is formulated with a potent mildew-resistant additive to avoid premature stains even in humid tropical areas. SYLPYL 750 DECORPLASTIC SYL LOCK is an acrylic coating specifically engineered for interior and exterior, above grade, masonry surfaces requiring a high-performance primer. Seals and adheres to concrete, brick, stucco and plaster. For use on concrete, Concrete Block, Brick, Stucco, EIFS Fiber Cement Siding, Plaster, Mortar, Exterior Wall Cladding, Tilt-Up/Pre-Cast Concrete.

We recommend to apply one coat or two coats of SYLPYL 750 SYL LOCK primer-sealer to improve coverage of paint. Allow new concrete to cure a minimum of 28 days.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Fill cracks, pits and voids with patching Mortar. Remove dirt, grease, mildew, loose rust, peeling paint or other contamination to ensure good adhesion. Glossy surfaces: Lightly sand to a dull finish. Unpainted plasterboard, brick, cement: Apply one coat of Syl HBE PRIMER, water based all-in-one Vinyl Acrylic interior/exterior primer/sealer/undercoat with excellent hiding power. Surface must be dry.

Roller, brush, conventional spray and airless.
