SYLPYL 787 PREMIUM ELITE PLUS is the top of the line exterior paint but falls below of the high price range of architectural paints (ASTM D5146-10), with very high performance characteristics.
This product is formulated with a potent additive that provides excellent initial and long lasting water beading as well as weather and moisture resistance. Experts and contractors say that while price doesn’t always correlate with quality, some of the best exterior paints are more cost effective, so you should steer clear of bargain-priced paints as they don’t weather as well as the premium products.
Since it is a 100% acrylic paint, it is a popular choice due to its great washability. This paint is water based, but becomes water resistant when dry. It may be used to seal and protect all kind of surfaces, and will adhere to almost any material. This paint dries incredibly quickly and has an outstanding durability and hide. Provides a high resistance to peeling, blistering and is formulated with a potent mildew-resistant additive to avoid premature stains even in humid tropical areas.
Suitable for application on concrete, stucco, gypsum, gypsum boards, drywall, stone, vinyl, aluminum, metals, windows, doors, shutters, trim, garage doors, outdoor furniture, iron and railing.
SYLPYL 787 PREMIUM ELITE PLUS is a very versatile and economy conscious 100% acrylic paint. Its matt (flat) stylish appearance, gives a very elegant texture for an outstanding architectural finish, special for interior and exterior walls, ceilings and exterior of buildings in general. In new surfaces apply first one coat of our primer-sealer SYLPYL 77 to highly improve coverage.

OVER POROUS SURFACES SUCH AS CONCRETE
We recommend to apply one coat of SYLPYL 750 LINE HBE PRIMER (SYL 78) primer-sealer to improve coverage. If no sealer is used in new surfaces, apply three coats. Allow new concrete to cure a minimum of 28 days.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Fill cracks, pits and voids with patching Mortar. Remove dirt, grease, mildew, loose rust, peeling paint or other contamination to ensure good adhesion. Glossy surfaces: Lightly sand to a dull finish. Unpainted plasterboard, brick, cement: Apply one coat of Syl HBE PRIMER, water based all-in-one Vinyl Acrylic interior/exterior primer/sealer/undercoat with excellent hiding power. Surface must be dry.

Roller, brush, conventional spray and airless.
