SYLPYL 757 “SYL WATER PROOFING” is an outstanding rubber like tough enviro-friendly 100% acrylic elastomeric coating & paint specially designed for severe weather and aggressive environments.
This product is ideal for waterproofing roofs, concrete, wood, brick and masonry walls and slabs. It can also be used over wood, and it is ideal to seal “before” the installation of wood or ceramic roofing or asphalt shingles.
Ideal to waterproof “Recreational Vehicles” (RV’S) leaking roofs.
Recommended to waterproof concrete and cement block constructions, it can be used instead of traditional interior or exterior wall paints preventing and eliminating cracks with a very superior washability.
This product is a real liquid plastic.

OVER POROUS SURFACES SUCH AS CONCRETE
We recommend to apply one coat of SYLPYL 750 LINE HBE PRIMER (SYL 78) primer-sealer to improve coverage. If no sealer is used in new surfaces, apply three coats. Allow new concrete to cure a minimum of 28 days.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Fill cracks, pits and voids with patching Mortar. Remove dirt, grease, mildew, loose rust, peeling paint or other contamination to ensure good adhesion. Glossy surfaces: Lightly sand to a dull finish. Unpainted plasterboard, brick, cement: Apply one coat of Syl HBE PRIMER, water based all-in-one Vinyl Acrylic interior/exterior primer/sealer/undercoat with excellent hiding power. Surface must be dry.

Roller, brush, conventional spray and airless.
